Are you looking to lead multiple teams across different countries and have 10 years+ fund accounting experience? Our client, a large multinational fund services business is now looking for a Head of Cash Operations – Client Processing for their Dublin office.

This requirement will bring the successful candidate an opportunity to directly learn from the MD in the business, a chance to lead teams across multiple locations and countries and manage all aspects of the cash management lifecycle while building great relationships with our valued clients. This role is multi-facetted and will test a broad range of skills sets. No doubt it will prove to never be boring for the right person – MD

ABOUT THE ROLES:

· Manage Firm & Client Cash across Multiple Banks and Financial institutions.

· Incoming and outgoing cheque processing for Ireland and UK

· Servicing Model A, Wealth & Advisor Clients and Transaction reporting

· Reviews the management and operation of the various Teams and establishes structures

· Drives focus around a comprehensive service delivery

· Streamlines operational processes on the team and seeks to implement efficiencies where possible

· Maintains an excellent working knowledge of the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”), the Central Bank of Ireland (“CBI”) and the Jersey Financial Services Commission (“JFSC”) rules and regulations

· Directs staff management (including goals/objectives), development and succession planning

· Chairs and participates in internal committees as necessary.

· he role involves active communication with senior management of both clients and prospective clients which is co-ordinated together with internal teams.

· Part of Senior Dublin Management Team and contributes to the oversight of the outsourced functions.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

· 10 years’ experience of leading service operation teams.

· Background in service delivery, financial service, or experience of working within another

· regulated environment.

· Understanding of the management and development to a budget.

· Proven interpersonal skills and ability to manage conflict, influence others and negotiate

· shared outcomes.

· The ability to operate effectively within a change management environment and with degrees of ambiguity.

· Previously worked in a Fund Administrator, Client services in an oversight, operations or client service role

· Excellent knowledge and understanding of the activities undertaken by operational delegates
